Lifestyle Support Group

Our very first meeting went really well, and we expect this group to keep growing. Going forward, we've decided to meet on the last Tuesday of every month at 6 pm. This is a free, come-as-you-are, open-to-the-public meeting. Bring your struggles, your wins, and your questions---and let's support each other as a community on the path toward optimal health.

Important this month:
Tuesday the 24th is the Health Care Showcase at the Fayetteville Town Center (we hope to see you there---and we're grateful to be a sponsor!). Because of that event, February's Lifestyle Support Group will be moved to the following Thursday at 6 pm.
