Knights of charity game on December 6th
We here at Discover Games are hosting a Warhammer 40K charity game to raise money for Coco’s Cupboard pet rescue and food pantry. Coco’s Cupboard are a non-profit humane society to help abandon dogs and cats in the southern Atlanta area. Their goal is to "change lives at both ends of the leash." Whether you are a veteran Warhammer player or new to the game please come and support this phenomnal organization by participating in a Knight versus Knight FREE FOR ALL BATTLE on an Apocalypse size battlefield. The buy in will be $10 per player. This will get a you a Knight their data sheet,10 poker chips. All Knights are being provided, but players are welcome to BYOKnight as well. During the game players will be able to spend poker chips for extrra ablities and battle shennigans from a special menu. Such as "I am Batman," where a player says "I am Batman" in their best Christian Bale voice and they will be able to move through terrain freely during movement phase. Players are also welcome to purchase more poker chips and extra lives at any point in the game. Prize support will be revealed closer to time!
