For athletes preparing for a HYROX race or seeking a higher-intensity challenge. Includes about half-distance running and weights closer to HYROX standards.
Ideal for beginners or those wanting a lighter, more accessible format. Features reduced weights, shorter runs, and modified stations.
This simulation is perfect for practicing pacing, transitions, movement standards, and race flow—whether you’re competing or just trying HYROX for the first time. Let’s train, learn, and push together.
