Ask a Midwife

Increase your awareness of midwifery care and reproductive and maternal health.

This program is a casual, community-based event designed to provide accessible, evidence-based information about pregnancy, birth, postpartum care, and reproductive health. Led by a licensed midwife, the session offers a welcoming space where attendees can ask questions -- big or small -- without judgment. Ideal for individuals considering pregnancy, currently pregnant, new parents, students in health or human service fields, and anyone curious bout midwifery care. This approachable program supports informed decision-making and strengthens local connections to holistic health resources.

This program is free and open to the public.

Meet your presenter: Phebe Sistoso, from Eden Birth and Wellness, is a certified nurse midwife with over 18 years of experience.
