The 2025 Lights of the Ozarks Parade will begin at 6:30PM on Thursday, December 4th. The parade viewing area will start on East St near the Graduate Hotel, loop around the Square, go up Block Ave, and finish at the intersection of Block Ave and Spring Street. Snack & beverage vendors will be on the north side of the Square from 5pm-9pm.

Join us for this beloved Fayetteville tradition filled with festive cheer and seasonal celebrations AND the first sighting of Santa Claus!

LIGHTS OF THE OZARKS POWERED BY SWEPCO SEASON INFORMATION:

East Street will be closed to traffic from 5-10pm every evening (except Mondays) throughout the Lights of the Ozarks Season. There you can find snack and beverage vendors and Santa’s workshop. Don’t forget to drop your letters to Santa at his mailbox!

(NOTE: Vendors, restrooms, and the Town Center parking deck elevator will not be available on Monday nights during the season to allow staff to rest and recuperate each week.)

Experience Fayetteville and Downtown Fayetteville Coalition give a special thank you to their 2025 season sponsors : SWEPCO, South x Northwest Hospitality, Holden Buildings, Bank of Oklahoma, Raising Cane’s, Fayetteville Town Center, and Theatre Squared. 

Each year, employees of The City of Fayetteville Parks Maintenance Division dedicate 3,300+ hours to decorating the Downtown Square for Lights of the Ozarks. Installation begins in October and continues through mid-November as workers place over 500,000 LED lights. The display is free and open to the public every evening from 5pm until 1am until January 1st, 2026.
