Boys were taken to carry planks for water crossings and to be beaten, or heads bashed at important trees or boundary points – pain is a good aide to memory! However, we are hoping this will not be necessary with maps and mobile phones!It will be a beautiful walk with lunch half way (and lifts back to Plough for those who have had enough by then!) All food and drink (except water during the walk) is included in your ticket9:30 Registration plus bacon butties and coffee on the Village Green outside The Plough Inn, Stalisfield .10:00 Set off – canes to beat the bounds, maps and info will be provided12:30 Picnic lunch at half-way point3:00 - 3.30 Collect your well-deserved pint/ soft drink and cake from The Plough!Agenda🕑: 09:30 AM - 10:00 AMRegistration, cofee and bacon butties on the Village GreenInfo: Please make sure you register and we have your contact details before we set off.
