This experience is designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and enjoy an afternoon just for yourself. We’ll begin with a warm welcome, followed by an hour of beginner-friendly yoga, accessible to all - whether you’re brand new to yoga or simply looking for a softer, more mindful practice. Gentle movement and breathwork will help you release tension, settle the nervous system, and arrive fully in the space. The yoga will be a gentle flow, with Lauren's teaching style being inclusive, welcoming, and adjustable to all abilities as she guides options through the poses to suit abilities.

From this calm, grounded place, we'll have a tea and chatter break, bring your favourite mug and herbal tea where we'll have a lovely moment to connect with others, whether you come solo or with freinds, this will make it a lovely moment to connect amongst the sunday scenary.

We’ll move into the second hour of ceramic coaster painting. You’re invited to create freely - choosing colours, patterns, or designs that feel right for you. There’s no pressure to “get it right”; this is about expression, play, and enjoying the process. All materials are provided, including a ceramic coaster, paints, and a pot of glaze so you can seal your piece at home and enjoy it long after the day. If the weather is lovely, the option to wander through the vinyards and paint amongst the grapes will be there, picnic blankets will be provided for this.
