We invite you to this nourishing evening to welcome the new year with a new intention to awaken something quietly powerful within you and learn how to easily refresh your hearts magnetic and recharge your energy body.

We begin by centring with our breath, practising a calming Vagus nerve reset before we sink into a cocoon of sound as crystal bowls, gongs, chimes & Shruti vibrations as healing frequencies wash through every layer. 

Drift into the luxurious depth of Yoga Nidra—where the body sleeps, the mind softens, and the subconscious becomes a fertile field for transformation.

Then, bring your inner vision to life through guided journaling, identifying your Sankalpa— your souls intention for 2026. You’ll craft a personal sigil, a sacred symbol to anchor and amplify your intention, turning it into a tangible energetic seed to carry with you beyond the session.

Expect to leave feeling:

Mats, bolster and a blanket are provided.
