The venue is Leodis Games, you can find them at the below address. Parking is plentiful and hot and cold drinks as well as some snacks are available at the venue. Please do note there is a small flight of around 5/6 steps to get into the store:

Lunch is not included, but there is a sandwich shop and a Co-op in Farsley. The Co-op is a longer walk. Double check you can get there and back during the lunch break or you might want to drive!
