- **Event Description**: The focus of Ground Pole Clinic will be the skills that are the basis for jumping a course of fences - rhythm, correct bend, adjustable canter, straightness and energy. 
There will be two styles of sessions.
Polework for Balance - will have more trot work over multiple pole sets and a small amount of simple canter work over single poles.  We will be focus on rider and horse position and balance: and developing the rideability of the horse
Poles t’ Jump – will involve more canter work over multiple pole sets and exercises to improve the quality of the canter. The session will culminate with cantering a small 50cm/60cm jump.  So, taking us from poles to a jump through the session.

30 Minute 1-2-1 - Shorter bespoke session. Younger horses aren't always suited to a group environment or fit enough, so there will be a limited number of sessions available to accommodate them.  This also works for riders without much puff!

Both sessions will be good for:
- getting young horses out to a different venue
- strengthening horses coming back to work
- make a change for dressage horses.
- rider balance and accuracy
- rideability training for jumping horses

Maximum 3 in the group

£30.00 per rider.
Don't forget we have an indoor school so the weather, rain or sun, and light aren't a problem.
