Journaling for Creativity with Kate Adams

Kate Adams is a writer and publisher, and the founder of the Inner Work Project. Her sparkling career spans Random House, Penguin and the Octopus imprint, Aster. We've worked with Kate since 2022 and we are delighted to have her with us for our Pop Up.

Through guided journaling practices, we’ll explore how intuitive writing can open space for new ideas, and help you tap into the deeper layers of imagination that fuels creative work.

Journaling offers a gentle, private space to loosen any creative knots and rediscover playfulness and curiosity. By the end of the workshop, you’ll have a set of prompts and practices you can return to any time that help you connect to your inner creativity, and the confidence to follow it wherever it leads.
