If you're feeling tired perhaps a little overwhelmed and anxious in these changing and uncertain times and you'd like to bring more calm and energy into your life I warmly invite you to join me and a like-minded community for an hour of me-time mindfulness.  

Prioritise YOU and your well-being for an hour each week and enjoy the relaxation that you deserve.

Surrounded by the serenity of nature the Centres are the perfect locations for a class of relaxation with free parking for your convenience. 

Spaces are limited so booking in advance is a must. Discounted monthly subscriptions are the most popular way of allowing yourself the me-time you so deserve but drop ins for £18 are also very welcome.
