Join us for a nourishing afternoon of mindful movement, therapeutic alignment, breath, and self-awareness at beautiful Studio Sol.

This collaborative workshop is designed to help students deepen their understanding of asana through awareness, alignment, and intentional movement. Together, we will explore how yoga can support greater ease, stability, grounding, and connection both on and off the mat.

Whether you are newer to yoga or have years of practice, this workshop offers supportive guidance, accessible modifications, and space to reconnect with yourself through movement and presence.

About June Locklin:
June has practiced and studied yoga and meditation for 40+ years. Founder of Maine’s first Yoga Alliance Registered School, she offers a compassionate and therapeutic approach rooted in awareness, alignment, and mindful living.

About Jenn Stone:
Jenn Stone, RYT-500 and owner of Family Focused Yoga, creates heart-centered yoga experiences rooted in mindfulness, connection, and community wellness.
