I’m so excited to share our first collaboration with Bodhi Yoga in Farmington, MI! Join us for 'The Stories That Find Us Series' - a four part Guided Somatic Meditation & Musical Journey.

In this first Session, we’ll explore the ancient story of La Loba — the Wolf Woman — through guided somatic meditation, reflection, and live music by Chris.

This experience is for the parts of you that may feel buried beneath the noise of life.
The tired parts.
The forgotten parts.
The parts still waiting to come home.

We’ll begin with gentle grounding and nervous system settling before moving into story, meditation, and music designed to help you slow down, soften, and reconnect inwardly. No performance. No pressure. Just space to breathe, listen, and notice what begins to emerge.
