Participants will be led on a journey to awaken, activate and align each chakra. This unique experience is created to help you explore the depths of your consciousness, release emotional blockages, and harmonize your energy.
What to expect:
Begin your journey with slow, mindful movements designed to enhance your body awareness and facilitate deep relaxation. Chakra balancing yoga stimulates and harmonizes the seven energy centers in the body, promoting physical, emotional and spiritual well being. The effects are magnified through the use of crystal and Tibetan bowls selected to enhance the energy flow of each chakra.
Gently relax into an extended Savasana immersed in symphony of healing sounds, using a variety of instruments which stimulate and calm. Experience the power of sound to alter your brainwaves and bring you into alpha and theta states, allowing for deeper meditation and connection with your body, unleashing the potential for profound healing, clarity, and balance.
This workshop is open to all experience levels and is especially beneficial to those seeking holistic approaches to wellness and self exploration.

Facilitator(s) Bio:
Giovanna Certo is a passionate yoga instructor with over 20 years of personal practice and 2 years of teaching experience. Drawing from her extensive experience in movement and fitness, Gio integrates her knowledge to help people release blockages, enhancing movement and flexibility while fostering emotional and physical well being. Gio is committed to providing a supportive environment where individuals can discover their own path to balance and inner peace, with sessions designed to invigorate the body, and soothe the soul.
Angelina Kretz has always been drawn to the power of sound through music performance and dance. Her deep connection to sound lead her to discover its profound impact on the mind, body, and soul as a means of personal transformation and healing. It was a respite from her role in the automotive industry, as, none other than, an Energy Systems Engineer.
Angelina is certified in the foundations of sound healing and is currently studying to become a licensed one-on-one sound practitioner through the Sound Healing Academy. Additionally, she holds a Level II Reiki practitioner certification, further enhancing her ability to facilitate healing and balance in others. She wishes to share her light with those open to receive, serving each individual's highest good. Whether through the healing vibrations of sound or the gentle energy of Reiki, her mission is to guide others toward living authentically in peace and harmony.
