BIO: Debra Borrero, Founder of Power of the Pause, LLC, is a certified Somatic Breathwork Facilitator, Usui Reiki Master, and Holistic Wellness Practitioner with nearly a decade of experience. She supports clients with reconnecting with their inner strength and balance utilizing Reiki, Breathwork, sound healing, meditation, guided journaling and/or essential oils. Her approach is centered on guiding others to slow down, embrace self-awareness, and restore harmony to their mind, body, and spirit.
