Matthew Bahe is a Native American artist whose work reflects cultural identity, tradition, and contemporary Indigenous experiences. As part of the Rediscovering Native
American exhibit, he will share insights into his artistic journey, discuss the inspiration behind his work, and explore how his heritage influences his creative expression. 

Matthew will also speak about some of the challenges Native artists face in today's society, including preserving
cultural traditions, overcoming stereotypes, and finding opportunities for Indigenous voices to be
heard through art. His presentation offers a personal perspective on the role of art in celebrating and sustaining Native American culture.
