While the days grow shorter and there’s a crispness in the air, everything starts to slow, the vegetation dies back, and some animals even begin their hibernation quest.  It provides a backdrop that encourages people to slow down and shift focus from external activities to their internal landscape.

Winter is a time for rest, rejuvenation, and to turn inward.  A time to sleep and recoup from the busy fall and to get ready for the new, invigorating life of Spring.  The dreamtime guides us and gives us direction to flourish when life springs back to the earth. During the stillness, we have no choice but to turn inward and explore our shadowside. 

Come join us and breathe in some introspection before the business of the holiday season.  Balance the hectic times with a session of peace and rejuvenation as we allow the body to lead us on a path of winter wellness.

This is an IN-PERSON & FULL-SERVICE event! Thus, registration is required for we have a maximum capacity.
