Spend a weekend at the lake slowing down, swimming, relaxing, creating, and reconnecting with yourself and nature.
Set in the Ozark-St. Francis National Forest, this retreat is designed for women who are craving fresh air, quiet mornings, movement, meaningful conversation, and time outdoors.

We’ll enjoy morning hikes, flower crown making, and space to swim, explore, read, nap in a hammock, or simply sit by the water. 

And optional yoga, meditation, and nature photo session will be available for those who would like all included in the investment.

This is a rustic retreat experience with shared sleeping space in the historic lodge, indoor and outdoor composting toilets, and small camping showers. Time in nature is part of the experience.

Lodging and meals are included. 
Guests are welcome to bring additional drinks or snacks if desired.

Recreation = Re-Creation.
Come relax. Swim. Play with flowers. Spend time in community. Let's recreate the life we desire.
