- **Event Description**: City of Farmington residents are invited to dispose of large household items and yard trimmings during Fall Dumpster Weekend on Saturday and Sunday, October 17-18, from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm at Berg Park (Scott Ave & San Juan Blvd).

Due to increased demand, residency, ID, and load size restrictions will be strictly enforced.

ELIGIBILITY & ID REQUIREMENTS:
- Event is free for City of Farmington residents only.
- No county road addresses accepted.
- Proof of residency is required (two forms):
     • Valid photo ID
     • Current paper electric utility bill dated within 60 days showing “Sanitation and Sewer Service Charges”. Gas bills will NOT be accepted as proof of residency. 

LOAD RESTRICTIONS: 
Each household may bring one standard full-size truck bed of material. Trailers are allowed up to 10 feet in length. Residents may bring one mixed load (such as household waste or scrap metal) and one yard-waste-only load, or two yard-waste-only loads. If limits are exceeded, residents may be redirected to the landfill. Participants should be prepared to unload their own materials; WM staff will assist when available.

• Russian Olive / Pyracantha
• Household chemicals
• Liquid paint
• Automotive fluids, including motor oil and antifreeze
• Cement or bricks
• Commercial loads
• Electronics

Residents looking to dispose of hazardous items or electronics not accepted at the dumpster event can use the WM At Your Door Special Collection® service. This program offers free residential pickup for hazardous household waste, including batteries, liquid paint, chemicals, and electronics.
