Ready to level up your silks practice? This silks drops workshop is designed for students who want to learn dynamic skills, find unique and fun drops, and discover controlled descents.

In this workshop, we’ll break down the mechanics of drops step by step, focusing on:

• Proper wrap theory and pathway awareness

• Timing, body positioning, and spotting

• Strength and engagement for safety and momentum

• Clean exits
