Those who audition will be required to perform one of two preselected excerpts from “Welcome To The Rock” in their best Newfoundland accent and may also choose to perform a verse and a chorus of a Broadway show tune a cappella, to further showcase their voice, acting capabilities, or other accent(s). Additionally, auditioning actors must come prepared with a memorized monologue of their own choosing. This monologue can be from “Come From Away” or any other play or musical, but should showcase two things: 1. The actor’s storytelling capabilities and 2. The actor’s comfortability with a range of accents.
