Most benefit gained by attending all 4 weeks, but come when you're able!

Ashley Diane Coats is your groovy, flowy, bendy, motivational instructor. The coach who wins when you win. With over a decade devoted to aerial and mobility training she’s passionate to show you what she fell in love with. 

She creates alongside, nurtures, and inspires her students, peers and fellow performers. After coaching thousands of classes she has several techniques to help her students. Not everyone learns the same and she sees no rush to greatness. In her classes she will teach you to find your own flow, flexibility, mobility, strength, endurance new ways to utilize your body. All while challenge your limiting beliefs and helping you build confidence.  

Ashley loves to make content and filming your progress is highly encouraged within her classes. The coach who will find your good angle and can break down the basics. Ash has a special fixation for flexibility training, hammock, chains and Lyra. This is the coach who wants to help you with your ambiance, stage presence, creativity and self expression.  

The Salt Lake City Circus Center is located at Trolley Square, on the West side of the Whole Foods building, directly left of Pottery Barn.
