This is an all levels friendly series that will grow as we flow together each week. Grasp the basics before building a foundation of technique and full body expression, ending the series with a choreographed sequence you can add to any performance. Bring your own props is encouraged, but Shauna will also have plenty of silk fans for anyone in the class to borrow.

Most benefit gained by attending all three sessions, or come when you're able!

Free flow (Open Gym) afterward from 9:15-10 pm for attendees!

More about Shauna:

Shauna began her flow arts journey in 2015 with a hoop, in 2022 she expanded her practice with silk fans, sparking a new passion and developing her own unique approach. Since then, she's taught and performed at various music and flow festivals across the western U.S. 

The SLC Circus Center is located at Trolley Square  - 602 S 500 E Unit C-106 SLC, UT 84102 - on the west side of the Whole Foods building, directly left of Pottery Barn.
