Applications for the 2026 Kelsey’s Law Distracted Driving Awareness Scholarship are being accepted through March 1, 2026 at www.MichiganAutoLaw.com/Scholarships. Winners will be announced in April 2026 to coincide with National Distracted Driving Awareness Month.o be considered for the 2026 Kelsey's Law Distracted Driving Awareness Scholarship, Michigan High School Juniors and Seniors are invited to submit compelling You Tube videos or graphics that resonate with their peers and influence young drivers to reduce distractions while driving.
