Farmingdale Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce that it will hold a Ribbon Cutting ceremony for the first anniversary celebration of Global Golden Spark, located at 15 Heisser Court, Farmingdale, NY at 4:30 pm on Thursday, January 22, 2026.
Global Golden Spark is the home of BreadKone. BreadKone is the innovative cone-shaped savory bread created by Greek engineers Pantazis Choulis and Eleftherios Spartalis. The company has grown from a small shop in Rhodes to a fast-rising product in U.S. schools, stadiums, and supermarkets.
After developing and patenting the world’s first industrial dough cone-shaping machine, the founders brought BreadKone to New York in 2022, where it has since debuted at Yankee Stadium, entered Harris Teeter supermarkets, and attracted nationwide interest from major distributors and foodservice brands. Their newest creation, the CookieKone—the first industrially produced cookie cone—is expanding the brand even further as BreadKone builds a new category of clean-label, handheld food experiences in the American market.
