Joining the team in December of 2023, he serves as liaison to the more than 160 SBA- approved lenders throughout the district’s territory encompassing the lower Hudson Valley, five boroughs and Nassau and Suffolk counties on Long Island. In this role he is focused on ensuring lenders receive the support they need so our small businesses can continue to access capital to start, grow and expand their operations. Prior to joining the SBA, Troy worked for five years as a certified business advisor with the Small Business Development Center at Farmingdale State College. There he assisted businesses with access to capital through both traditional and SBA loan programs, leveraging his 15 years as a business banker within the Long Island market.Arthur J. Conte, Esq.Partner, Hyl Conte Law, PLLCArthur is one of the founding partners of Hyl Conte Law, PLLC, practicing in all aspects of Elder Law and Trust & Estates.
