We will have a gentle guided meditation where we will ground ourselves and release whatever blockages we may have using the power of affirmations and the mind to balance and align. This will help to let go of anything that is no longer serving our highest and best good allowing for greater clarity and space for new and exciting opportunities to come in.

The power of sound vibrations is remarkable; they travel most efficiently through water. Given that our bodies are predominantly composed of water—about 70%, in fact—immersing ourselves in high vibrational music during a sound bath facilitates profound healing experiences.

Please bring with you a yoga mat, pillow and blanket, water bottle, crystals, and anything else you may need to be your most comfortable. And please come dressed comfortably for your journey. Sweat pants or yoga pants are encouraged.
Space is limited so please be sure to purchase your ticket in advance. Tickets may be available at the door via zelle, cash or venmo only for $45 but it is not guaranteed. It is recommended to buy your ticket in advance.
The event will begin at 7:30pm, so please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get settled in. Doors will open at 7:15pm. We will need to lock the doors at 7:30pm.
Parking: There is PLENTY of parking so please do not worry.
