Come sweat, sing, and get our bodies right just in time for BTS’s comeback! We’ll be jamming to a mix of BTS’s top hits as we gear up for their Arirang comeback era. Expect movement, core work, stretches, and plenty of sing-along moments.

Whether you’ve been to our first event or you’re brand new, we can’t wait to move with you again. Let’s build strength, confidence, and community all to the soundtrack of our favorite boys!

Please bring:
• A yoga mat
• Water bottle
• BTS lightstick (optional but highly encouraged for max vibes)
