Our group fitness class is team-based, beginner-friendly, and led by our energetic instructor, Chelsea. You’ll move at your own pace through simple, gamified exercises that make working out feel more like play. Wellness should be something everyone can access, no matter their budget. These classes are free so cost isn’t a barrier, and if you’re able to contribute, your support helps keep them going strong:$5 Covers the cost of one person in class,$5–$9 Helps sustain our free / pay-what-you-can model and pays it forward for someone else,$10+ Supports the space, keeps things accessible, and helps our community grow,We don’t expect anyone to contribute every time. A little here and there truly goes a long way.***Please use our Discord Server for any day-of-event communications, updates, or to locate us if you're running late.
