Celebrate the Spring Equinox with a deeply nourishing evening of Cacao, Reiki and Gong Bath designed to restore balance and invite fresh energy into your life.

What to expect:

✨Cacao is raw chocolate in its natural form and because of its bio-chemical components, this heart opening elixir brings up feelings of joy, connection and clarity.
Herbal teas will be offered as an alternative to those who prefer not to drink Cacao.

✨ Reiki is a gentle healing practice that promotes deep relaxation. During the gong bath, Vickie will come around and place her hands just above your body to support the natural flow of energy, helping you release tension, restore harmony and feel more centered.

✨ A gong bath is a sound healing experience where gongs and other instruments create rich, resonant vibrations. These sounds gently wash over the body and mind, helping to release tension, promote deep relaxation and restore balance.
Instructions

Please bring a bottle of water, yoga mat, pillow, blanket and any other comforts you’d like to ensure you can fully relax during the evening.

You may wish to bring a journal with you to write down anything that comes to you during the evening.

If you do not have a yoga/exercise mat, please get in touch so we can bring one for you.

✨To ensure a safe and supportive experience, please take a moment to read these guidelines before the session.

• Cacao contains a mild stimulant; check with your doctor if pregnant, breastfeeding or are on high doses of SSRIs/antidepressants.

• Let the facilitator know about any heart issues or blood pressure concerns (including pacemakers or other electronic implants).

• Take care if you have seizures, epilepsy, tinnitus or sound sensitivity.

•If you are currently exepreincing a mental health crisis or experiencing active psychosis, this session may not be suitable.

If you tend to snore or have breathing difficulties, lying on your side can help you stay comfortable.

If you feel uncomfortable or overwhelmed during the session, you may sit up, step outside or rest.
