Aravali Yatra - Kot Lake

Get ready for the next Aravali Yatra on 8th December 2024 Sunday.

This Yatra will be at Kot Lake.

General Instructions/Details:

1. Aravali Yatras are beginner level forest walks organized by Save Aravali Trust.
2. They are free of cost.
3. Everyone above approximately the age of 4-5 years can join.
4. The total distance of this walk will be 2 KM.
5. This walk is of EASY level.
6. Stay with the group, follow Yatra Leads’ instructions, and don’t wander alone in the forest.
7. Going near the lake or swimming is strictly prohibited.
8. Wear sports/trekking shoes and full-length trousers/jeans. Avoid loose clothing.
9. Carry drinking water and some eatables/snacks.
10. Loud music, smoking, alcohol not allowed.
11. LEAVE NO TRACE. Don’t litter in the forest.
12. Pet animals and stray dogs/monkeys sometimes have a scuffle with each other. So please bring pets at your own discretion. And a request to keep them with you with a help of leash, so that other kids/yatris do not experience any fear or inconvenience.

Meeting Point: Outside B.S Anangpuria Educational Institute, Ballabhgarh-Sohna road, Faridabad, Alampur, Haryana

We will wait for everyone at the meeting point for max 15-20 minutes. And then a Volunteer car will lead everyone to the Parking Point inside the forest.
