- **Event Description**: Step back in time and learn about life as it was in the early days of Rice County by signing up for a tour of the Alexander Faribault House! 

The tour will cover the life of Alexander and his family during the fur trade and in early Faribault. The Alexander Faribault House was built in 1853 and was the first wood-frame house built in Rice County. The house was used as a civic center and as a private home, and was acquired by the Rice County Historical Society in 1945.

Tours will run at 1pm and 2pm and cost $5/person (CASH ONLY). Spots are limited. Please RSVP by calling 507-332-2121.
