Mark your calendars and join us Saturday March 7th from 12:00-2:30 pm as coach @noahcress hosts a donation based seminar here at The Garden. For those that don’t know Noah is a former division 1 wrestler for NDSU but what’s even crazier is that his jiujitsu is even better and he can teach both VERY WELL. In his short journey he took 🥉 at ADCC Chicago Open advanced, 🥈 at No Gi Worlds, and 🥇 at Sub Spectrum absolute division.
