Join the running crew for a Social Sauna—because nothing says recovery like sitting in extreme heat talking about future runs we haven’t done yet.

All paces welcome.
All sweat levels encouraged.
All dignity optional.

Water and towels are provided. Wear what you would be comfortable sweating in!  Workout clothes or swimsuit??‍♀️. Cost for the 30 minute session is $25. 

Sign up using the link below and select the 6pm option. It’s a 30 minute session but you do have the option to stay longer for an additional $15. If you have any questions on the registration process, please text Endure Therma Spa at 701-428-1458.  First Come First Serve!
