All the food at a Ruby's Pantry pop-up event is donated to Ruby's Pantry that would otherwise go to waste. Some food will be past the "best by" date, and the variety makes it fun. We won't know what's on the truck until the day before, and often Ruby's includes an extra surprise or two. 

We encourage you to share what you won't use with your neighbors, co-workers, and friends.
