Motivational Interviewing Training Opportunity

We are excited to share an upcoming training opportunity on Motivational Interviewing (MI). This two-day training will provide a hands-on learning experience to help participants better understand and use MI in their work.

During the training, learners will:

• Explore the purpose and goals of MI
• Build skills using core MI techniques
• Practice how to respond to “change talk”
• Take part in the four main tasks of MI

The training will include instruction, small and large group activities and many chances for guided practice, observation and feedback.

Each QSP agency may send up to two employees to attend.
