Mindful Sauna Session at Jasper Hotel

Sauna in the heart of Downtown Fargo. Our next Mindful Sauna Session at Jasper Hotel is on January 11th. 🧖‍♀️✨

The guided experience begins inside of Jasper’s spacious and warm cedarwood sauna. A YUJ Yoga teacher will share a grounding meditation, and add soothing aromatherapy to the hot stones to awaken your senses. Everyone will be invited to breathe deep, rest, and recover from the cold winter weather.

For added comfort, you will receive a plush robe and bath towel upon arrival. There is a bathroom and 2 private shower rooms available for quick or cold rinses throughout the experience.

All participants are required to wear swimwear or light athletic clothing. We allow breaks and no experience is required.

Every detail of the Mindful Sauna Session has been thoughtfully curated for you to slow down. After our time together, you’ll be invited to stay and enjoy a complimentary wellness mocktail or hot cup of coffee from RoseWild. 🥂
