YUJ Yoga and Jasper Hotel’s Mindful Sauna Sessions are an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and savor Nordic Tradition.
The session begins with a guided experience that incorporates meditation, breathwork, and soothing aromatherapy to awaken the senses and enhance relaxation. After, everyone will be invited to connect through light conversation and stay in the spacious sauna until the session is over. ✨
Guests are reminded to listen to their bodies and breaks can be taken at any given time. No sauna or yoga experience is required.
Participants are required to wear swimwear or light athletic clothing throughout the session. For added comfort, plush robes, towels, and private shower facilities for quick rinses will be provided.
Every detail of the Mindful Sauna Session has been thoughtfully curated, including the complimentary wellness mocktail or hot coffee, which can be enjoyed afterwards at RoseWild. 🥂
