Judging begins at noon and winners will be announced at 12:45 p.m. 
• Games and other activities will take place in the Children's Room to pass the time while we await the judges' decisions.

• Pre-registration is required and can be completed by calling 701.241.1495. 
• Participation is FREE.
• NOTE: Before you begin to build, please check out the rules and guidelines on our Kids' webpage ( https://fargond.gov/city-government/departments/library/kids ) starting December 1. Good luck and GET CREATIVE!
