This course will take place over 8 months with 1 live class per month and daily independent chakra practices for you to integrate into your life between our live meetings. You will learn the meanings and perspectives of the chakras as they are spoken about in ancient yogic texts, providing a level of depth to the understanding of the chakras that is often missed in the western interpretation of the chakra system. You will learn how to apply and see the knowledge of the chakra system in your body/mind, and how the subtle energy within you affects your actions and thinking in life through an understanding of the 5 elements. 

In addition, you will receive a handbook with practices and information to help guide you through the course and beyond.

This course is open to ALL whether you are a yoga teacher or not and is a great opportunity to learn about the subtle energies within your body that affect your day to day life. 

ALL sessions will be recorded and available to join on Zoom, so if you have to miss a live class, you will receive the recording to review in your own time. You will have unlimited access to the recordings.
