No Compensation You understand and agree that you will not receive compensation, payment, or royalties for the use of such Media. 4. Waiver of Inspection and Approval You waive any right to inspect or approve the final Media or any use to which it may be applied. 5. Release of Liability To the fullest extent permitted under North Dakota law, you release and hold harmless the Illuminate The Truth, LLC, the venue, sponsors, and their representatives from any claims, demands, or liability arising out of or in connection with the use of the Media, including claims related to invasion of privacy, right of publicity, or defamation. 6. Minors If you are under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent on your behalf.
