Join us for our March meetup with speaker Wil Dort!
☕️ 8am – Coffee Served
🎤 8:15am – Program Begins
Our theme for March is LOCAL. It was chosen by our Santos chapter in Brazil and illustrated by Simone Matias.
It’s time to remind ourselves that community happens in neighborhoods not just on screens.

Our Speaker: Wil Dort
Wil Dort, co-owner of Skill Cutz Barbershop and Salon, was born and raised in Gonaives, Haiti. In 1994, his father ventured to the U.S. in search of better opportunities, and by 1997, Wil and his family joined him. This move marked the beginning of a new chapter, where Wil’s determination and entrepreneurial spirit would eventually lead him to establish a thriving barbershop and salon, becoming a testament to his hard work and dedication to the craft.

What is CreativeMornings?
CreativeMornings is a free monthly lecture series designed for creative communities. The concept is simple: a short talk one Friday morning a month.
Fargo's chapter started back in 2018. Our monthly event takes place on a Friday from 8:00am - 9:30am. It allows individuals to enjoy creative connections, inspire community, and create opportunities. Open to everyone, free, and hosted at the Plains Art Museum in downtown Fargo.

Who is CreativeMornings for?
Everyone is creative. A creative life requires bravery and action, honesty and hard work. We bring together people who are driven by passion and purpose, confident that they will inspire one another, and inspire change in our community. Everyone is welcome 😊
