In this class, Dr. Alli Svobodny introduces a gentle yet powerful approach to healing that reconnects you with your body’s innate intelligence. Drawing from naturopathic medicine, somatic awareness, and years of clinical experience, she explores how symptoms, sensations, and emotions are not obstacles to healing — but gateways.


You’ll learn how to tend to what you feel in your body with presence and curiosity, allowing stress, tension, and long-held patterns to naturally unwind. This is a practical, embodied approach to self-healing that supports nervous system regulation, emotional integration, and a deeper trust in yourself.
