A Heart-Centered Yoga & Craft Practice

Meet your mat on February 14th for a heart-centered 75-minute practice inspired by Valentine’s Day! 💖

This mindful practice includes a heated gentle yoga flow, affirmation journaling, and a votive candle craft. Supplies are included in your ticket and yes, you’ll get to take your candle home to spread the love and light inside your very own abode.
