- **Event Description**: In August 2022, Rachel began feeling very ill. What began as exhaustion turned into a life-changing diagnosis: colorectal cancer. Emergency surgery removed a large tumor and lymph nodes, followed by chemotherapy and heart complications that led to a pacemaker with defibrillator.

In February 2025, doctors found the cancer had spread to her liver. After a successful ablation procedure, a new spot was found in her small intestine, and surgery is being scheduled. Despite countless challenges, Rachel continues to show incredible strength and positivity.
Rachel is known for her kindness, creativity, and generosity. She is always helping others, gifting her handmade ornaments and jewelry to brighten someone’s day. Now, it’s our turn to help her.
