- Including Live music by Kyle Colby 4-7 pm in the ballroom.

- The Cropdusters Duo are playing in the Troll ? Lounge from 4-7 pm.

-The Front Fenders perform from 8:30-11:30pm dance in the ballroom.

Appetizers: Cocktail lingonberry meatballs, pickled herring, lefse, brunost/brown cheese, Jarlsberg queso chips, lingonberry cream cheese log and crackerbread.

Main meal: Norwegian ribbe, (roasted pork belly) and Salmon (alt vegetarian meatballs), red baby boiled potatoes, mashed rutabaga casserole, cucumber salad and cabbage surkål.

Dessert buffet table: rømmegrøt, riskrem/rice cream, krumkake, danish kringle, kransekake bites, chocolate sheet cake, Frode’s gløgg, coffee and water.

*All amazing food is made by the Sons of Norway kitchen & crew.

*Cash bar available in the ball room and Troll Lounge. 21+ event.

*Troll Lounge ?opens at 2:30 pm

*Tickets also available at STABO Scandinavian Imports at 406 Broadway, Downtown Fargo.

*The Cropdusters duo (duster & Nathan) will play IN the Troll Lounge 4 - 7 pm for the entertainment AFTER the 3:30 dinner!

*Kyle Colby will be playing throughout both seatings of the event from 4 - 7 pm in the ballroom.

*The Front Fenders is having the dance party from 8:30-11:30 pm in the ballroom.

*The whole event with the feast and 3 bands for only $60 at 6 pm and 3:30 seating for $45

*Proceeds from the ticket sales will be donated to Norwegian Culture and Heritage Programs.
