Each session is a form of relaxation and healing using sound including chimes, bowls, drums and guided meditation- no experience necessary.
Refreshments provided.
Doors shut at 12:45
Tickets are £10- payable on the day
Please bring mats and cushions as needed- chairs are available.
There is free parking available.
A train station less than ten minutes’ walk and a bus terminal that comes directly into the village.
I do not have an age restriction but ask all children be supervised.
Many of the treatments offered are unsuitable for epilepsy, early pregnancy or those with heart problems- please feel free to contact me prior if you have any concerns or allergies.
Alcohol or recreational drugs will NOT be permitted on the premises, neither will those under the influence.
Each session is likely to have relaxation benefits alongside emotional sharing’s and are therefore to remain confidential, unless otherwise stated by all participants.
In line with these regulations being upheld I adhere to the right to refuse entry for any reason that may not consider such respects.
Any enquiries/ cancellations/ additional needs please message me directly no less than 24 hours before the event in order for it to remain as inclusive as possible
