?DISTRUZIONE : DEATH METAL

I Distruzione nascono a Parma (Italia) nel 1990, distinguendosi nella scena underground grazie al metal estremo con testi in italiano. Il loro album di debutto, mini-cult, "Olocausto Cerebrale" uscito nel 1992 in formato Lp, riceve recensioni entusiastiche ovunque, vendendo in pochi mesi più di 1.000 copie.
Nel 1996 registrano l'album di debutto, cult, "Endogena", distribuito in Italia dalla Major Polygram, suonando dal vivo nei più importanti eventi.
Nel 2000 firmano un contratto con la Self Records per l'album "Pianeta Dissolvenza".
Nel 2005 per Fuel / Self Records esce "Malicidium" con la partecipazione del chitarrista Enomys (dei Dark Lunacy); poi la band si prende una lunga pausa, fino al luglio 2011...dopo 6 anni di silenzio, riprendono a suonare dal vivo (con un nuovo chitarrista e un nuovo batterista) per poi uscire con un nuovo album "Distruzione", uscito nel giugno 2015, che celebra i 25 anni di attività, con band internazionali come Obituary, Unleashed, Impaled Nazarene, Crowbar, Dark Tranquillity, Sodom ecc.
Nel 2018 è uscito l'ep Inumana e nel febbraio 2023 la ristampa di Olocausto Cerebrale, in doppia cassetta, con anche una versione suonata nel 2022.
Allo stesso tempo stanno lavorando al nuovo album completo che uscirà l'anno prossimo
