This meeting was started in 2009 to bring together the watermelon growers and the industry in our region once a year and this great history will continue in 2026.The 2026 Suwannee Valley Watermelon institute will be held at the Suwannee River Fair facility in Fanning Springs. This is where the event has been held in the last few years and quite successfully, we would add.
