Yule Yoga Nidra and Reiki Drum

As Yule approaches, along with all the busyness that this season entails, why not carve out a little piece of calm and self care with our final offering of this year. Chloe will lead the body into deep relaxation with Yoga Nidra and then sink fully, in mind body and spirit, to the beat of the drum. Ayurvedic Chai and homemade treats to finish. 6pm to 7:30pm.
